Greater Boston PFLAG Support Groups
Our support groups are safe, welcoming spaces where you can connect with others who have LGBTQ+ loved ones — including parents, friends, partners, and allies.
Led by trained volunteers (most of them parents), these monthly groups offer support, answer questions, and share helpful resources. Meetings are free and confidential.
We have groups throughout Greater Boston and virtual. Feel free to email any group to ask about their meeting location, and attend whichever group feels right for you.

Support for Parents, Caregivers, and Families of LGBTQ+ People. Affinity groups meet monthly, some on Zoom & others in person. These groups are organized according to age and identity of the LGBTQ+ person in your life and often include parents/caregivers of transgender and nonbinary youth/adults.

PFLAG Connects Communities
PFLAG National’s PFLAG Connects: Communities (PCC) provide a safe, virtual, moderated space where people with shared experiences can connect monthly. PFLAG National’s current communities gather people of Latino, Black/African American, Asian American and Pacific Islander backgrounds—as well as military families (in partnership with our friends at the Modern Military Association of America [MMAA]), families with gender-diverse loved ones, and grandparents—to gain support, ask questions, and learn from others who have been through similar experiences. These meetings cater primarily to family members of LGBTQ+ people and also welcome members of the LGBTQ+ community.
